ukay is founded by the world’s greatest Andean ensemble of the same name, Sukay World Music carries a full line of Andean Music on CD, cassette and video as well as professional, handmade wind and string instruments indigenous to the Andean regions of Bolivia and beyond. After 24 years of performing internationally, Sukay opened the Peña Pachamama (Mother Earth) to bring their performances as well as other world musicians together in the magic of a South American Peña, complete with food from Bolivia and a gallery of art from the Andes. The Peña takes a more intimate audience into the ambience and spirit of world music, to awaken curiosity in all ages to great traditions, inviting people to dance or taste the Bolivian rock soup or a saltena. They hope this project gives them the freedom to create a more interactive show, an ongoing creation and perhaps a completely new way of performing. The restaurant has incredible food, organic fruits, vegetables, grains, free-range hormone-free chicken, and naturally raised beef. The bread is organic and hearth-baked. The Bolivian dishes are cooked with only the finest olive and Canola oils. They are adding Pacha Pollo, an Andean marinated chicken and Bolivian pizza to their menu, which includes Salteñas, a savory national turnover, Silpancho, Falso Conejo,Vegetarian Plate, Pique Macho, and Papas or Yucca a la Huancaina.

Some day I will visit South-America again, that’s for sure. :bye_tb:
You’re right …. (as always :tongue_laugh_ee:) …. so let’s wait and see if there will be a continent that keeps us from going to South America ….. But that’s something to deal with later ….. first ……CHINA …. here we come !!!! :clap_tb:

What could stop us from not going next year to South America? That would only be the case if we choose another continent. … Right or wrong?
