Raices Inca’s

Raices Inca’s

Raices Incas

Masters and craftmen of the wind, Raices Incas (which means Inca origins or roots) blend pan-pipes and flutes to catch the soul and heart of the listener and join it to theirs on the “Condor Pasa” CD. The soft and yet haunting sound of the pan-pipes places one onto the Condor’s wings to journey to a place lost in time – the golden era of the Incas. The dexterity and skill in presenting known music in a fresh way makes Raices Incas stand out of the crowd on this CD and allows the listener to value old favourites such as El Condor Pasa in a new way. Be prepared for an inspiring flight of your soul as you travel the South American continent listening to such classics as El Condor Pasa, Mi Pueblo azul, and Huayruro.

:thumbup_tb:

mr. marcel,

i liked this inca music!! the other day while visting sydney opera house, i came across a group of indigenous and white australians playing a kind of music which was a mixture of modern and aboriginal tune. they used drums, a bull-horn like big flute and another instrument made with bamboo….the outcome: simply mind boggling!! i was so mystified… completely forgot about the bustling world around me for couple of minutes. divine!!! i know you’re a travel buff and someday when you’ll come to visit australia, you sure will meet some of these people. one of the stunning features of these indigenous people, anywhere in the world, is that they put a great value on their ‘dreams’. i’ve a sneaking suspicion, they get their music from their dreams. some of their music are so overwhelming, so mesmerizing…they are simply out of this world!!
